Devasish founded Fifth Elementz in 1996 in Delhi. He has committed himself to provide organizations with best practices for accounting and financial services that are both affordable and of the highest quality.
Devasish has educated at The Doon School in India and holds an MBA.
His interests include international travel, cricket, golf and squash.
Ashutosh Joshi – Managing Partner
Ashutosh is a managing partner with dual responsibility for setting the strategic direction of the Fifth Elementz Group and daily management responsibilities for the project management and project finance activities.
He brings over 10 years of banking and operations expertise from his Senior Management tenures at HDFC and ICICI bank.
Ashutosh has educated at Cambridge and holds MS in finance.
Ravi Pradhan – VP, Domestic Operations
Pradhan has been with Fifth Elementz almost since the beginning and has a broad yet very detailed understanding of how the organization functions and the importance of client satisfaction as an essential element in the success of the company. His ability to interface with clients as well as the production staff is especially important as Fifth Elementz moves into new service areas.
He holds an MBA from Pune University and MS in Finance. He believes in providing the best possible service in goal-oriented partnerships with our clients”.
His interests include cricket and fast cars.
Rishi Deshpande – Director, Offshore Operations
Rishi joined Fifth Elementz as the Director Offshore Operations with responsibility for the global delivery of accounting services out of our offshore locations. Rishi is a seasoned executive with 30 years of experience in multinational companies in the US.
He has degrees in Engineering from IIT Madras and, MS degree in Finance. Rishi is driving the company in using his cutting edge technological skills as a strategic tool for customer satisfaction.
Rishi is a keen golfer and tennis player.
